Maggie In Love---Humble Pie Challenge

Well Heather has done it AGAIN!! Such a sweet Image.

So for this week i used my all time Foot-Popping,Madly in Love,"Maggie In Love".The challenge was to use pink, red, white and hearts.....How easy could that be?! And not only that BUT i made them on a tent card which i never had made before. So here they are,I tend to use browns when i use these colors. The patterened Paper is Bo Bunny,I watercolored the image using my Tombow Markers~~One of my favorite mediums by the way.

I used my sizzix yeelow hearts--the came on one die in 2 sizes....then i stuck them through the cuttlebug using my swiss dots folder.
The rhinestones are by Kaiser Kraft.

Hope you enjoyed this challenge.Because i definitely did.AND what i love the most is that i got to use a ton of different techniques....oh and this cutie is soooo sweet.

Another Friday Challenge

Another friday challenge from our Humble Pie DiVA Kim B.Well i wasn't going to go to my event in Sarnia....My kids being sick has really worn me out. This flubug thats going around is a doozy. AnyHoo....i did and i was amazed by the awesome response to the Humble Pie stamps. And the people were so excited about me being there that they have asked me back for next year!!So here is the challenge. Thanks Kim it was fun.I used my Copics because i printed the image off but i found out from another tricia that you can in fact wcolor with prismas without much fail so i cannot wait to try it. Now i gave my corner rounder to an EA to keep. I kept thinking i hadn't used it in awhile and i probably didn't need it and she was doing it by hand ick.....So i did mine by hand as if you can't tell but i am about to buy one for myself AGAIN!!

Well look at the inconsistency in my corners ...i am so proud...nahh but i did enjoy making this card. For one thing i LOOOOOVE the stamp but for another the challenge was awesome!!Thanks Kim.
I lent out my quikutz christmas lights but if i had them at the time i would have done a string of lights straight across!!As soon as these stamps arrive i will let you all know!!
Hope you All Have a Great weekend,

Buttons & Bling Challenge

The requirement of this week's challenge is to incorporate BUTTONS AND BLING into your design. Can a card ever have too many buttons or too much bling? Not in our opinion!! We know we're new on the scene so the use of a HUMBLE PIE STAMP is NOT REQUIRED for this challenge. If you have managed to get your inky fingers on one of our FAB stamps however, we would love to see it in action! The HUMBLE PIE BAKERS have cooked-up a delectable sampling of BUTTON AND BLINGIFIED creations for a little inspiration. So Hop on over to the Humble Pie Challenge Blog where you can participate
Have a GREAT weekend!!
